Show Board Options List

1. For all boards with pictures, digital pictures can be emailed to sales@palmiericoncepts.com, or provided on a CD through US mail (contact us before mailing any hard pictures, or CD's). You can also provide actual photographs (they will be returned with the board). If you are unsure what pictures would look best, submit multiple pictures and we will work with you to make the best selection. We recommend sending in multiple pictures and views of their car.

Some email systems have file size limitations. If you will be emailing multiple pictures, please keep the overall email size under 10Mb. This may require you to send the pictures in multiple emails.

2. Make sure that your digital pictures are minimum 300 DPI at 4"x5" and the format is jpg, bmp, gif, tiff, psd. We will review your pictures and let you know if the quality is sufficient for the board you want to do. If you are unsure of the quality, email them to us and we will let you know if they can be used. please review our "Photo Tips" section here

3. Provide a detailed description of what you have in mind for your custom show board. You can reference any of the pictures, or example show boards on our site in your email or include on piece of paper when you fax, or mail the request to us. We will discuss with you your board to make sure that you get exactly what you want.

7. Payment will be Bank Check or Money Order Select Method Of Payment Paypal Personal Check - must clear For Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc.), we use PayPal as our clearing agent. If you select this option, a PayPal money request invoice will be emailed to you, and you can enter your credit card information and make the payment.

PLEASE note that any prices on the web site are general guidelines. Your actual price will be furnished with a quote prior to the start of the work. Changes in the board design or graphics from what was initially quoted after the board is started could result in the price increasing. The price will be included in the official quote.

8. By requesting Palmieri Concepts to design a show board, I understand that all pictures, images, and other material provided to Palmieri Concepts is free from any copyrights and by Palmieri Concepts using this material, no copyright infringement is being violated by their reproduction. Palmieri Concepts will provide an estimated time line at the time the order is placed and an approximate ship date when the draft is approved and payment received. Shipping times are estimates and we can not control delays due to the shipper. Cancellation of any order after boards are started results in loss of deposit. Any returned checks will be subject to a $30 charge. Contact us for payment options. Palmieri Concepts attempts to best match your photographs and selected colors, however, due to differences in printing equipment there may be a slight variation. Upon approval of the draft artwork, the remainder of the balance must be paid to Palmieri Concepts before the board is manufactured. All personal checks require 7-10 days to clear.

Picture Release Policy

Customers who request Palmieri Concepts photography and art work agree to the following:

1. Allow Palmieri Concepts to post and display examples of this work on this web site, in marketing literature such as brochures, and in person at shows & exhibits and any other promotional items. This material may include the initial pictures provided by the customer showing what we started with, in addition to the final product(s).

2. Palmieri Concepts designs are for personal use only and not for commercial use without our written permission.

3. Palmieri Concepts owns the images and holds the rights and royalties to all our designs. If you are seeking to own the rights and royalty to your own custom design, your quote will contain the cost information and any limitations or rules will apply to your design. Utilizing our designs for your business logos is prohibited without written permission from Palmieri Concepts

4. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Palmieri Concepts reserves the right to use any pictures provided to them and the final picture(s) any way they wish. This includes the use on their web sites and to offer them for sale to others, even if they are purchased by the customer who requested the art work.

5. We are not allowed to use copyrighted photos without written permission. Palmieri Concepts assumes no responsibility or liability in respect to any copyright infringements. By placing an order, you are stating that you own the copyright of your photo images or have expressed written permission to use the images. By placing an order, you also hereby agree to assume all responsibility for all legal costs incurred by Palmieri Concepts as a result of an alleged copyright infringement.

Text Descriptions

The goal is to provide key information about your vehicle on the show board.   To help you get started we have provided a few heading examples that we have used, however, you can be creative and use anything that you wish. Different boards allow different amounts of information, so please be cautious not to squeeze too much information on the board.. We will use the text exactly as you provided, so please be cautious, and check spelling. We are not liable for your spelling errors. When you receive the draft design, be sure to review all spelling for accuracy.
